La Hija de la fritura is your neighborhood Food Catering Service, cooking all of your favorites with a hip new spin on traditional cuisine. We started this small business to bring back the love we missed from “old school” home cooking. There’s nothing like the smell and taste that brings me back to my childhood. We don’t want to lose that taste as generations pass. With the help of my dads experience in the kitchen, fresh ingredients and a side of my rock ‘n roll y salsa we make real food for real people. Whether you are interested in breakfast, lunch, dinner or anything in between, we’ve got you covered. Best traditional Puerto Rican food and fun new twists on Latino dishes! Been getting food delivered from them for the past few months and have been very happy- food is delicious and fresh, packaged very professionally and reasonably priced (and cheap for some items!) with generous portions. I actually dropped my Tovala online food delivery service in favor of getting this fantastic food delivered to me every weekend. I recently had pollo guisado (stew chicken) and savored every bite! Reminded me of my mom’s cooking. And their frituras like pastelillos and bacalaitos are the best in the Bronx (maybe in NYC!) . Obviously I highly recommend!
